Quann and Rennebohm Park Summer Junior Tennis Camp

2019 Program Details Coming Soon.  Below description is from 2018 (updated: January 4, 2019)

The program consists of four two-week sessions that meet Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Sessions one, two, and three meet at Quann Park.  Session four will meet at Rennebohm Park.  The Quann courts are not available during that time because of the Cross Fit Games.

The Quann program is intended for committed players who want to improve all aspects of their tennis game: technique, tennis specific fitness, and tactics.  The program is suitable for a wide spectrum of players, ranging from beginners on a high school 9th grade team to many varsity level players. It is not appropriate for advanced tournament players or absolute beginners. Activities will include an array of drills (feeding, live ball, and game-based), conditioning work, and the mental side of the game.  The program also uses video analysis to help players improve. Each session is limited to 18 players.

Enrollment opens Monday, March 26.

Instructors: JW (John) Miller will lead activities each day of the camp. Coach Miller has over 20 years of experience and is certified with both the USPTA and the USPTR.  This summer will be his fourth year with the program.  Coach Miller will be assisted by adult instructors who are accomplished players and passionate about tennis.
