This tournament is sponsored by the Greater Madison Tennis Association (GMTA) & USTA League Tennis Local Leagues on behalf of the Madison Tennis Community. Help support the Madison City Parks Department with tennis court maintenance at the Quann Park Tennis Complex and other city parks.

NTRP Rating Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5: Levels with limited entries may be combined.

Doubles for men and for women on Sunday, May 15.

Rain date: Sunday, May 22 afternoon

Singles for men and for women on Sunday, May 22.

In case of rain, matches will be played at participants' convenience.

Format: 8 Game Pro sets until the finals. Finals will be two sets with a match

tie breaker (first to 10, win by 2) if necessary.

Consolation tournament is included so everyone would get at

least two matches.

Eligibility: Any adult (age 18+) who lives in Madison, belongs to GMTA or

plays in USTA leagues is eligible to enter.

To enter: Fill out attached entry form. Entry deadline for doubles is May 7. Entry

deadline for singles is May 14. Draws with starting times will be emailed

by Wednesday of week preceding your tourney date.

Entry fees: $20 for singles; $15 per player for doubles.

In case of rain: those scheduled to play May 15 will play in the afternoon of May 22;

those scheduled to play May 22 will arrange playing dates with their

opponents within a week and report scores to tournament director and

receive next round opponent information via email. NO refunds if player

not available on rain date.
